Job Summary
Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager role focused on driving sales and guest service in a Buckle store. Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, achieving sales goals, training and developing Teammates, recruiting, leading in the Manager's absence, and executing store operations such as POS procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and Loss Prevention. Requires leadership capability, coaching, and effective communication to support a positive floor culture and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
