Job Summary
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position involves providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks as assigned by store management. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting in merchandise selection, achieving sales goals, training and motivating teammates, and executing visual merchandising standards. The role assists the Store Manager in supervision and contributes to guest loyalty and team development. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with prior retail experience preferred.
