Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to meet guest needs while achieving personal sales goals. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new team members, training current staff, and executing daily shift orientations. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring floor standards, and displaying new freight. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and immediately handle store emergencies when the manager is absent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
