Job Summary

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining knowledge of promotions, policies, and security practices while utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring sales floor standards, and displaying new freight appropriately. Train and motivate teammates through shift orientation, coaching on showmanship, and executing daily tasks. Assist the Store Manager in recruitment, loss prevention, inventory management, and handling emergencies during their absence. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
Ability to identify and follow through on all Teammate training need
Ability to foresee and anticipate changes in product and act independently to improve overall visual results
