The Assistant in Training (AIT) is responsible for creating an enjoyable shopping experience while performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have up to three months of relevant retail experience. Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.
