Job Summary
Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager at Buckle in Saginaw, MI will perform a structured progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with duties spanning sales, guest service, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, leading and training teammates, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining visual and product presentation, managing daily operations, POS procedures, and adherence to store policies and ethics. The role emphasizes leadership, showmanship, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive store performance and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
