Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions regarding store merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets and utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new teammates, training current staff on showmanship and fit, and executing daily shift orientations. Manage visual merchandise by assigning zones, ensuring floor standards, and executing markdowns and pulls. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle payments and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to loss prevention guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
- Ability to identify and follow through on all Teammate training needs
- Ability to foresee and anticipate changes in product and act independently to improve overall visual results
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale ("POS") procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
