Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to create a wardrobing experience. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily, and expanding guest selection through inventory tools. Manage visual merchandising by owning product zones, ensuring sales floor standards, and executing markdowns and pulls. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new Teammates, training staff on leadership playbooks, and coaching on showmanship and fit cards. Perform operational duties including cashiering, loss prevention checks, opening/closing procedures, and handling emergencies in the Store Manager's absence. Work flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
