Job Summary
Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager at Buckle lead sales and guest service, merchandising, and store operations while developing Teammates. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, training and motivating teammates, recruiting staff, and serving as Store Manager in the absence of the manager. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties while maintaining focus on showmanship, product knowledge, and leadership to drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
