Job Summary

Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions regarding store and merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales targets while managing inventory, markdowns, and pull operations. Lead new teammates through recruitment, training, and development, ensuring they meet accountability, shift orientation, and loss prevention standards. Manage visual merchandise standards across store zones, execute opening and closing checklists, and handle point-of-sale procedures. Act as the store manager in their absence by addressing emergencies, supervising staff, and communicating policy violations to leadership. Complete new hire paperwork, maintain a clean and organized store, and adhere to all loss prevention guidelines including bag and purse checks.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
Ability to identify and follow through on all Teammate training need
Ability to foresee and anticipate changes in product and act independently to improve overall visual results
