Job Summary
Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work with Store Manager to develop sales and recruit new Teammates, train and motivate Teammates, and act as Store Manager in their absence. The role covers customer service, product knowledge, SPG adherence, leadership actions, Teammate coaching, recruiting, and daily store operations across sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers; progression from AIT to Assistant Manager includes higher duties while maintaining shared responsibilities with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
