Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to drive personal sales and achieve store goals. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring floor standards, and executing markdowns and pulls. Train and coach new team members on sales presentations, loss prevention, and daily operational tasks. Assist the store manager in recruiting, filling out opening/closing checklists, handling POS procedures, and addressing guest concerns. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Ability to handle all schedule changes in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to effectively understand and show the merchandise of both the Gals and Guys' sides to benefit the Team and Guests
- Ability to identify and follow through on all Teammate training need
- Ability to foresee and anticipate changes in product and act independently to improve overall visual results
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Ability to handle all schedule changes in a positive and professional manner

- Passion for product education and showmanship to create results
- Personal passion to demonstrate, coach, and influence results of denim showmanship and denim fit cards through Teammates and Guests
- Motivated to self-educate themselves on all company tools (videos, pieces, books) and ability to share this information with others
