Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, recommend merchandise, and consistently achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Own and influence product through zone ownership, confirming teammates follow visual standards and executing markdowns, pulls, and inbound/outbound freight. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new Teammates, training them on sales presentation standards, and coaching on loss prevention and security risks. Perform cashiering, register procedures, and routine cleaning while maintaining a clean, organized store. Immediately handle emergencies in the Store Manager's absence and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to leadership. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
