Assistant in Training

Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager responsible for sales generation, guest service, merchandising and operational tasks. Works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates and provide leadership. Will train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence; progression from AIT to Assistant Manager includes higher duties. Key duties include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, executing POS procedures, training teammates, leading by example, recruiting and developing staff, coordinating visual merchandising and zone ownership, ensuring loss prevention, and supporting store operations such as opening/closing, markdowns, inventory, and performance tracking. Also responsible for evolving guest relationships, driving showroom presentations, and supporting Talent development and store leadership activities.
