Job Summary
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position’s primary responsibility is to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. Responsibilities include sales generation, merchandising, and various operational tasks such as cashiering and managing merchandise displays. The AIT will collaborate with both the Store Manager and the Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership, while also training and motivating staff. This role is an entry-level position leading to higher responsibilities as an Assistant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
