Job Summary
The Assistant in Training position involves assisting in sales, merchandising, and operational tasks to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandise display, recruiting and training new teammates, providing leadership, and acting as the Store Manager in their absence. Essential duties also cover generating sales, guest service excellence, and maintaining visual merchandise standards. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, have retail experience, and be flexible in working schedules. Additional responsibilities include coaching teammates, handling operations and participating in various sales-focused activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
