Job Summary
The role combines Assistant in Training duties with progression toward Assistant Manager, focusing on delivering excellent guest service, driving sales, and leading teammates. Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, fulfilling guest needs, applying product knowledge, maintaining operational standards (sales procedures, returns, security practices), and using the Sales Presentation Guide to hit personal sales goals. The position also emphasizes recruiting, training, and developing Teammates, supervising as needed, and supporting leadership in store operations, visual merchandising, and daily performance tracking. The role requires adaptability across sales, merchandising, and leadership tasks, while working under Store Management to recruit new teammates, train staff, and manage store performance. A High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required, with related retail experience/training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
