Job Summary
The Assistant in Training (AIT) position focuses on providing an exceptional shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include supporting sales goals, merchandising duties, cashiering, and routine store upkeep. This role collaborates closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to recruit and train new teammates, ensuring all processes meet company standards. AIT will also assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, demonstrating strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to motivate the team. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50lbs, and flexibility is needed for varying shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
