Job Summary
Responsible for verifying hygiene and food safety compliance across hotel operations, advising on proper food handling practices, and providing in-house food hygiene training for new hires and trainees. Identifies risk areas in food operations, conducts daily kitchen inspections, coordinates pest control and cleaning programs, and provides technical guidance on product labeling to meet government requirements while upholding Marriott Brand Standard Audit (BSA) requirements. Maintains documentation and collaborates with health departments and vendors to ensure continuous improvement of hygiene standards and food safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
