Job Summary
Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems within your geographic area by diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, identifying maintenance risks, and performing physical tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and inspecting belts. Complete commissioning checks of HVAC units to correct RTU controller configurations and ensure efficient operation, while responding promptly to emergency service calls and performing warranty repairs. Keep daily logs of all functions in the company work order system and ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety standards. Assist customers with queries and travel within the region to support the fleet of ultra-high efficient units.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC Controls experience
- Technical School graduate
- Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues prior to the issue(s) compounding
- Customer and safety focused individual
- Ability to travel within the region and surrounding states
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Work across / with organization Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a benefit
