Job Summary
Assist in monitoring employee relations issues and support management with handling HR issues. Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies; inform management of employee-relations issues; respond to questions and concerns; disseminate information on employer-employee relations and programs; review and maintain employee records (e.g., interview documents, I-9s); assist with logistics for annual employee surveys; answer phones and record messages. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; follow safety and security policies; maintain confidentiality; welcome guests; communicate professionally; develop positive working relationships; use computers/POS systems to enter work-related information; move objects weighing up to 10 pounds; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year. Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year. License or Certification: None.
