Job Summary
Oversee HR operations in a luxury hospitality setting: manage recruitment from posting openings to interviewing and selecting talent; design and lead onboarding programs; administer payroll, benefits, and social security; manage visa/work permits for international staff; act as primary contact for employee inquiries and resolve grievances; maintain confidential HR records; organize staff engagement and recognition programs. Requires supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, solid knowledge of local labor laws, and visa/work-permit expertise. Must be proficient in HRIS and payroll software, specifically the Eagle system, with strong English and Thai communication, high discretion with confidential data, and a service-minded attitude to support a fast-paced hotel team.
