Assistant HS Girls Wrestling Coach

Conduct daily practice sessions teaching basic and advanced wrestling moves, holds, and match strategies while managing physical conditioning and strength training. Coach at meets, arrange transport schedules, and handle mat-side logistics to ensure athlete safety during matches and tournaments. Monitor weight classes closely, promote safe nutrition, and help prevent injuries while building character through sportsmanship, discipline, and mental focus training. Assist the head coach in guiding wrestlers to build individual and team success.
