Assistant HS Boys Track Coach

Assist the Head Coach in enforcing practice attendance, scheduling facilities, and instructing players on rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques. Observe athletes during competition and practice to identify individual and team development needs, providing feedback on game strategy based on team capabilities. Monitor academic performance to ensure eligibility requirements are met and follow established injury procedures and IHSAA regulations. Model sportsmanlike behavior, manage equipment and supplies, and participate in special activities including parent nights and pep assemblies. Attend staff development meetings and clinics to improve coaching performance.
