Design and run daily drills to improve dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense while creating tactical game plans and making quick decisions during matches. Evaluate individual player skills to provide feedback for growth, monitor player behavior to enforce rules and ensure safety, and handle scheduling, equipment inventory, travel logistics, and academic tracking. Support the head coach in training athletes and leading the team during practices and games, focusing on building fundamental skills, boosting team spirit, and mentoring athletes in sportsmanship and discipline.
