Job Summary
Assistant HS Boys Basketball Coach at Central DeWitt High School. Responsible for instructing athletes in fundamentals, strategy, and physical training to develop individual and team success, while promoting character, self-discipline, and pride. Must hold Iowa Coaching Authorization or Iowa Teaching License with Coaching Endorsement. Duties include teaching/coaching fundamentals, organizing and supervising the sports program, ensuring facility and equipment readiness, and communicating with administration, staff, students, and booster club. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate student-athletes, and alignment with school policies. Reports to Athletic Director and Head Coach. FLSA Non-Exempt.
