Job Summary
Assistant HR Manager in Ningbo responsible for managing and implementing HR modules including strategic hiring, talent and organization development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management and compliance, as well as administration and facility management of the Ningbo plant. Works with leadership to build credibility as a trusted advisor, support business objectives, drive culture change, close gaps in organizational capability, lead talent management and training plans, drive employee engagement and employer branding with DEI initiatives, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, develop HR reports, and support regional/global HR initiatives.
