Job Summary
Support recruiting strategies by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers. Execute job fairs, career events, and school outreach initiatives to meet staffing needs. Manage onboarding processes including new hire orientation, I-9 verification, and employee file maintenance. Address employee relations inquiries and resolve workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Communicate HR policies and benefits clearly in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate HR data and coordinate background checks. Requires bilingual fluency, 2-4 years of HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS. Full-time role with semi-monthly pay and comprehensive benefits.
