Job Summary
Assistant Housekeeping Manager – Rental Program leads Housekeeping operations for Rental Program residences within a Ritz-Carlton Reserve setting, coordinating cleaning schedules, inspections, turnovers, and preventive care while maintaining luxury standards; collaborates with hotel departments to ensure readiness of rental residences, under Hotel Operations authority; oversees hiring, scheduling, inventory, audits (LQA, Forbes), and adherence to brand and safety standards; requires fluency in English and Spanish and experience in hospitality operations, with emphasis on detail, discretion, and guest service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
