Job Summary
Maintain pristine cleanliness throughout suites and property while monitoring preventative maintenance and inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and pools to ensure quality standards. Create and motivate a customer-oriented team, manage housekeeping labor costs, oversee laundry operations, and coordinate efforts across Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Run room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning, and resolve guest requests from Guest Services. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of housekeeping employees, ensuring compliance with safety policies and reporting maintenance issues or hazards.
