Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public spaces, and laundry, directing staff to clean, maintain standards, and manage inventory. Conduct inspections, enforce OSHA compliance, and coordinate with engineering and front desk to ensure accurate room status. Handle guest complaints, review satisfaction data, and coach employees on service behaviors and performance expectations. Manage payroll, supervise staffing levels, and lead training initiatives while tracking time and attendance. Supervise shifts and assist in hiring new team members.
