Job Summary
Manage front-of-house operations for performances, lectures, and events across the Main Theatre, Black Box, Recital Hall, and Weber Center. Open, prepare, and close lobby areas before and after events while coordinating with production staff for intermission support and merchandise settlements. Lead ushers, student staff, and greeters through pre-event meetings covering safety rules and patron service protocols. Respond to patron concerns and accessibility needs, execute emergency evacuation procedures, and make announcements when required. Work part-time on an as-needed basis including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a face-to-face customer service setting or comparable position
- Ability to work Part-time, on call/as needed; schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering in a performing arts theatre
