Job Summary
Direct and support staff in daily activities, ensuring high-quality program implementation and assisting with scheduling and training. Provide hands-on care for daily living activities, manage medical appointments, and teach budgeting skills while maintaining strong relationships with families and community partners. Conduct regular safety drills, plan educational and recreational activities, and foster residents' independence and social skills. This role requires a MAP Certified individual with a Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in I/DD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in I/DD or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- MAP certified
- CPR Certified
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
