Job Summary
Assistant House Manager oversees daily operations of a residential care home in Pocatello, Idaho, while providing direct care to adults with disabilities and supervising staff. Responsibilities include companionship and emotional support, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and engaging residents in activities; also involved in scheduling coverage and ensuring high-quality care. Requires leadership, organization, multitasking, and strong communication. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Med Tech Certification preferred. Experience: at least 6 months working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Licenses: valid Idaho driver's license with a clean driving record. Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Sign-on bonus of $200 paid on first paycheck. Web: www.rockwellcare.com.
