Job Summary
Hospitality-focused Assistant Hotel Manager supporting Rooms Manager and Hotel Manager across Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell/Valet, Night Audit, and Housekeeping to ensure Four Diamond service and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include lead-by-example hospitality, VIP arrivals and recognition programs, monitoring guest satisfaction and reviews, occupancy and room status management using WebRezPro, collaboration with Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring guest room readiness and cleanliness, staff development and coaching, assisting with revenue optimization, and supporting operational leadership including payroll and scheduling. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays; minimum three years of hotel supervisory experience; proficient with Microsoft Office, ALICE, and WebRezPro.
