Job Summary
Assistant Hotel Manager responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager in running a profitable, safe, and guest-focused operation. Leads the hotel team, develops and retains staff, ensures guest satisfaction, handles recruitment and induction of new team members, drives service excellence, and collaborates with the HM on achieving financial and compliance objectives. Requires proven supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to maintain standards, manage guest feedback, and contribute to training and performance development.

- Proven experience of supervising a successful team in a customer facing environment
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with ability to engage a team
- Organised and systematic with strong prioritisation and multi-tasking
- Autonomous decision-making when required
- Strong communication and relationship-building with staff at all levels
- Comfort with coaching and providing feedback to team members
- Experience in environments with standard operating procedures or brand standards
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction and service quality
