Job Summary
Assistant Hospital Manager to oversee clinical teams, optimize staffing/workflows, and ensure exceptional patient care and client service in a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. Leads, coaches, and develops department leads; manages daily staffing levels and resource allocation; develops training programs and SOPs; supports onboarding and employee development; promotes policy consistency, safety, and compliance; collaborates with Hospital Managers and leadership to drive efficiency and process improvements; emphasizes client service and patient care excellence.
Required Qualifications
- CA Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP) required within 60 days of hire unless a valid California RVT license is held
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
