Assistant Healthcare Director - LPN

Assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for the resident population and ensuring the resident care department operates efficiently. Evaluate residents prior to move-in and conduct re-evaluations to develop and revise unique service plans based on resident conditions and preferences. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to promote coordinated care while overseeing the community's medication management program. Conduct med tech training, perform skill validation, and maintain infection control standards to prevent the spread of communicable illnesses. Participate in hiring processes, including interviews and onboarding training for new resident care team members, and provide leadership that fosters a culture of collaboration. Fulltime position with flexible scheduling including day, evening, and night shifts; on-call availability required.
