Job Summary
Assistant Health Center Manager supports operational oversight at the Santa Fe abortion-care health center, supervises CMA/PMA/HCA staff, assists with front desk duties, billing verification, and back-office tasks, monitors patient flow and KPI data, facilitates staff meetings, orients traveling staff, and may act as Manager on Duty in the manager’s absence. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS certification within 3 months of hire; emphasizes leadership, communication, adaptable service to diverse communities, and collaboration to maintain center standards. Additional pay for Spanish fluency may apply.
