Job Summary
Assistant Health and Wellness Director provides nursing support as directed by the Health and Wellness Director, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance and resident care standards, manages documentation and assessments, and coordinates with physicians and families to support residents in a senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Preferred a minimum of 3 years clinical leadership experience. Working knowledge of basic technology and electronic documentation.
- Must have current RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
