Job Summary
Supervise and support the housekeeping team by ensuring high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas, including guest rooms and public spaces. Conduct daily checks of rooms and public areas, addressing standards issues directly with team members and implementing corrective actions where required. Assist the Head Housekeeper with departmental management tasks and team training to ensure all staff receive appropriate support to deliver required standards. Work closely with the team in this hands-on role to maintain excellent operational standards. The position requires strong supervisory experience within hotels, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom. This role is part of the Copthorne Collection, owned by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, which operates over 120 hotels globally.
