Job Summary
Check inspected rooms, clear and give go backs, code rooms, pass linen, and bookwork to ensure the team completes all tasks within the allotted time. Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas by stocking carts with supplies, replacing linens, and replenishing guest room materials per company standards. Approach guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner while complying with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and security procedures. Perform other assigned tasks including pre-cleaning duties, trash removal, and providing oversight of room attendant duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Weekends Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- Supervisory and/or leadership experience
- strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
