Job Summary
Lead the store team to maintain flawless operations, drive commercial results, and manage critical metrics including sales, budgets, and customer service. Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new hires while equipping employees with necessary tools for daily success. Oversee the product lifecycle from warehouse to visual promotion and sales floor. Ensure the team enjoys positive moments, feels supported, and delivers the correct victory for customers. Utilize diverse perspectives to guide clients and build community associations. Work 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Four years of experience in public attention in retail or hospitality
- Three years of experience in leadership
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and lead high-performance teams
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and retail commercial systems
- Ability to squat, kneel, stretch, climb a ladder and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Demonstrated ability to use tools that support conflict resolution, as well as the guidance and counseling of employees
- Availability to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and holidays, as necessary
- Responsibility to lead a team that keeps the entire store operating perfectly
- Responsibility to ensure the store has personnel through the attraction, evaluation and onboarding of new people who will integrate the team
- Responsibility to equip store employees with the necessary tools to succeed in their daily responsibilities
- Responsibility to lead the store team, as well as commercial results and critical metrics, including budget preparation, planning, a high level of customer attention, sales, leadership and personnel management
- Responsibility to manage the useful life cycle of the product, from the warehouse to the commercial promotion visual and sales room
