Job Summary
Assistant Head Coach overseeing store operations and profitability, supervising and coordinating the activities of Assistant Coaches and Team Members, driving sales goals, ensuring OSHA safety and loss prevention compliance, managing hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff, and enforcing store policies; requires POS proficiency, FFL eligibility, driver’s license, and experience in retail/pawn leadership; strong focus on guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Associate degree with additional retail or pawn experience
- 2-4 years of manager or director experience
- Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must maintain eligibility to serve as a responsible person on the Federal Firearms License (FFL)
