Job Summary
Lead the coaching staff by overseeing group, semi-private, team, and personal training sessions while mentoring and developing other coaches to maintain the D1 standard. Teach proper technique, speed, strength, and movement patterns for athletes ages 7 to adult, modify exercises to individual goals, and reduce injury risk through smart coaching. Support the Head Coach in quality control, coach audits, and feedback, stepping in to lead the staff during their absence. Build relationships with Melbourne families and ensure sessions start and finish on time. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- AED/CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain quickly)
- At least one NCCA-accredited certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years coaching experience (group, team, or personal training) preferred
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred, not required)
