Job Summary
Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Manager) responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring operational excellence in the store. Oversees supervision of Team Members and Assistant Coaches, directs personnel management activities (hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching, evaluating), monitors sales performance and guest service, oversees pawning and buying activities, implements store policies, enforces safety and OSHA compliance, conducts monthly team meetings, and communicates operational updates. Requires familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office, valid driver’s license, eligibility for necessary licenses including FFL, and 2-4 years of managerial/director experience; bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Associate degree with additional retail or pawn experience
- 2-4 years of manager or director experience
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license at all times
- Eligible to obtain any special state-required licenses or certificates as required by law
- Must maintain eligibility to serve as a responsible person on the Federal Firearms License (FFL)
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Associate degree with additional retail or pawn experience
