Assistant

Drive the service shuttle to pick up and return customers across Princeton, Ottawa, Sheridan, Dwight, Streator, LaSalle, and Peru. Move loaner vehicles, transport sales vehicles, and run parts deliveries. Manage the loaner fleet by preparing agreements, tracking availability and mileage, inspecting returned vehicles for fuel and condition, and coordinating cleaning. Open repair orders in the service system for inspections, receive new vehicle deliveries, and process damage claims. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, assist customers at the front counter, scan and file repair orders, and support deal jackets and trade paperwork. Keep the customer lounge clean and stocked. Full-time Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday availability required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential.
