Job Summary
Conduct high-energy The Little Gym classes while ensuring all sessions meet international standards. Assist the Gym Director and Program Director in instructor training and building student enrollment. Coordinate social media and marketing efforts for the facility. Communicate program philosophy and information professionally to parents. Perform other duties as assigned by the Gym Director. This role requires prior gymnastics coaching experience and availability for consistent weekend and evening shifts. Located in Dulles Landing, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Prior gymnastics coaching experience
- Professional experience working with kids
- Available to work one weekend day consistently
- Available to work some evenings consistently
- A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics
- Prior management experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Daytime, evening, and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus
- Prior management and/or strong customer service experience is preferred
