Job Summary
Conduct high-energy The Little Gym classes while ensuring all sessions meet international program standards. Assist the Gym Director and Program Director in instructor training and building student enrollment, alongside coordinating social media and marketing efforts. Communicate program philosophy and information professionally to parents. Maintain daily operations and build a committed team focused on outstanding customer service. Work daytime, evening, and weekend hours to support our progressive motor-skill development program for children.
Required Qualifications
- Prior gymnastics coaching experience
- Professional experience working with kids
- Available to work one weekend day consistently
- Available to work some evenings consistently
- A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics
- Prior management experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Daytime, evening, and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus
- Prior management and/or strong customer service experience is preferred
