Job Summary
Support the Gym Manager in delivering an excellent member experience through constant focus on service and standards. Assist with recruitment of Personal Trainers and Gym Floor Associates, including interviewing, hiring, and developing new team members to ensure a great onboarding experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization across all gym areas while ensuring the safety of Members, Guests, and Team at all times. This full-time role requires proven leadership ability in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail, along with CPR/AED certification within 30 days. Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability in a fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personable
- Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Ability to successfully obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
